2012-2016

Hello, welcome back. It's about time I update :) 

It's been quite a long time since anything happened = false. It's been quite a long time since I've posted anything = true. In fact, it's been so long that I don't think anyone reads this anymore, but the last time I wrote anything was after my first semester of college. I think it's fitting that my next post is right before my LAST SEMESTER OF COLLEGE! I can't believe it. Literally can't believe it. 3 1/2 years ago I showed up at a place I had been to only once before. This place was supposed to be home for the next four years. When I arrived, I didn't know anything about college, my major, I only had one friend, and I was excited and very scared. I've had my share of hard times but lots of fun times too! I've gained friends and lost them and made some more. God's been so good to me though. Through it all He's been there and carried me through. All the glory goes to Him. 

I think one of the best places to start with my college experience is the people who probably influenced me the most...my roommates.
Freshman year I was roommates with Johanne and Priscilla. They were exactly what I needed to get into the swing of things. I didn't have a smart when I entered college. I didn't even have a touch screen; therefore, my pictures from freshman year are lacking.

 My sophomore year I got into some of my education classes. I was roommates with Amy and Betsy for a month or so, and then I was asked to move down the hall a few rooms. I did move. Katelyn and Sarah then became my roommates. Katelyn is still my roommate actually.

Describes us perfectly. It was quite sad to leave these girls at the beginning of October. In fact, I pretty much lived in their room that whole semester cause I missed them so much.

Then came junior year. Hardcore education classes. RA. Vice President of my collegian. It was a busy, intense year. Katelyn was still my roommate. We had plenty of good times together! Fall semester we even had another girl in our room. Her name was Andrea too. She didn't come back in the Spring which gave plenty of time for me and Katelyn to just chill and relax in the room.

Katelyn got 104% on her biggest paper of the semester. We celebrated with Chick Fil A!

And senior year....well, Katelyn is still my roommate. This year is our first year without a crazy third roommate though. Meagan, Katelyn's sister, is our third roommate. It brings a whole different dimension to our room, but it's a good one. :)
