I have one sister, and that one sister is 8 years older than me, if you want to be technical 7 years and 1 week shy of 6 months. Although she is 8 years older than me she so cool, pretty much the coolest 26 year old I know! I love her to death and can't wait for her to come visit me her in Taiwan!
Her birthday is almost over in the US so I have to get this up so it's legit on her birthday.
Soo, what was growing up like with the coolest sister? Torture! She thought that since she was the coolest she had the right to everything. She would literally torture me. Okay, maybe not THAT bad! It had its highs and its lows.
For instance, her taking me to watch Charlie in the Chocolate factory in theaters was a high. Her making me clean my room was a low. Her taking me for birthday walks and buying me Twizzlers then having to carry me back home cause i had blisters all over my feet was a definite high! Being able to spend weekends at her apartment, high! Her making my Christmas amazing because we had our own little "Christmas" with a tree in our room and everything, high. Her sending me care packages when I'm in OKC, HIGH (especially the one packages with baklava). Her being older than me, high and low (depending on the day). Her wanting to come visit me, high. Only having one of her, a LOW!
Yes, we do look extremely younger in this picture thanks for noticing.

Now to the story of when we first met. Well, I was alive for 9 months and Alisha had never met me, she wasn't sure on what day she would be able to me because I like giving surprises! So February came and Alisha really wanted to meet me but I wasn't ready to meet her (or the rest of my family) yet. Then came March, I decided that I still wanted more time. Then her comes April 1st, April 5, April 10th, and I decide that I've let them suffer long enough. They knew I was really cool and they couldn't wait to meet the coolest member of their family, so as April 14th approached with much convincing I decided that I would finally show up and let my family meet me. I wasn't going to do this at a decent hour though. I was going to wait till everyone was in bed before I came.
April 14th Alisha decided to have a sleepover at her friends house though (not knowing that that was day I decided on). I arrived at 11:50 on the 14th while Alisha was at her sleepover. The next morning my Mother called the people who's house Alisha was at and told them that her baby sister had arrived! Alisha was so excited she was bouncing off the walls and going crazy and screaming (okay, maybe not, but she was extremely happy to finally have a little sister after 3 little brothers). She came home as fast as could and held me and knew that I was going to be her favorite sibling ;)
So that's how we met. After that we had a lot of good years where Alisha had to take care of me. I didn't have to do anything and she had to do everything! So amazing! Then I got older and was suppose to do stuff but I didn't want to so Alisha had to do it (haha!), like cleaning our room for example. I remember this one time Alisha was cleaning the room and I didn't want to help so I didn't. Then Alisha got really mad and yelled and I told Mom Alisha was yelling at me and I didn't have to help clean our room (sorry Alisha, but you have to admit that was well played!)
This was also quite awhile ago. Maybe, 3 or so years agos!

Alisha, I'm so  happy you're older. Love you tons sister!!!

I love you so much, thank you so much for all you do for me and being amazing. I'm so happy that I have a sister and that she is you. Thanks for being the bestest Leesh!
Love you tons,
DreDre
