HK - The place to be: Friday, Day 1

WARNING: My next multiple posts will be about Hong Kong. These may be extremely long posts, or they could be very short posts with a lot of pictures. We'll have to wait and see.

Our trip started Friday, unfortunately for us we had to teach Friday. Friday morning Alex, Jared, Aaron and I woke up extra early so we could walk to the train station from our house. We got up got ready and walked to the train station at 6:30 in the morning. Time passed and by 7:40 we were in Pingtung, by 8:45 we were teaching 60 Aboriginal kids English. We were all really tired because we stayed up Thursday night packing and then woke up super early. We were really blessed because Aboriginal kids are so fun and active and loud which kept up us awake and happy to teach them. The kids were gone by 11:15 and then our adventure started.

Instead of coming back to Chaozhou we went right to Kaoshiung (where the airport was) and got some lunch and hung out there for a while with Alex. But this wasnt any ordinary lunch, this was a progressive lunch, not only a progressive lunch an AMERICAN progressive lunch. Aaron and I couldnt decide what we wanted for lunch so we got all of it. We got a drink from Burger King, fries from Mos Burger (which is actually Japenese), a burger from McDonalds, and a donut from Dunkin Donutes. It was such a good meal! After we finished Aaron, Jared and I got on the MRT and went to the Airport.

By this time it was 3:15ish and our flight didnt take off till 7:05. We get there and theres no one there to check us in. Stinks to be us! So we sat around for 2 hours until they came and we checked in then waited 2 more hours to board our flight. Thats alright though because we got to sleep on comfy chairs and eat food and get mini ogli water soda and root beer.

Our flight was only an hour which was awesome, and they feed us. We got off the plane…..WERE IN HONG KONG!!!

Camellias Dad was there waiting for us to get all check in and everything. We got what they call octopus cards which is just a card that you put money on and you can use it buy pretty much anything, theyre really nice for buss and stuff.

After we left the airport we rode the bus for about an hour to the bus stop near Camellias Aunts house. When we got off we walked for 20 min to her house. By this time it was really late so we went to bed.
Oh, by the way, sorry if this is boring and not interesting all, you can just look at the pictures.
Day 2 next,
